SibTA is an International Scientific and Technical (Non commercial) organization. Its date of birth is a first year of the third millennium. Now this organization works on the territory of Russian Federation.

The aim of the Association is rising of the living level of the society by technological development.

For the achievement of this aim Association made a list of tasks.

Here are formulated principles of the work:

• different branches (SibTA unites plants from the different branches of the industry but with the same technological platform);
• professional foundation (SibTA unites professionals);
• corporative approach (unification of the resources of the members of the Association for the determination of the general technological problems).
  

The founders of the Association are situated in Novosibirsk and in Novosibirsk district. They are manufacturing plants, and also the biggest scientific and educational centre of the West Siberia - Novosibirsk Technical State University. The membership in the Association ensures the following abilities and opportunities:

For the plants and factories

• Receiving information services of the world standards in the industrial and hard chemical technologies and ecology;
• Saving of the money on the technological development;
• Operative solution of the scientific-and-technological problems;
• Rising of the quality of the production, and also its certification;
• Competitive ability on the world market.

For the developers

• Information of actual scientific and technical problems and participation in its solution;
• Solving the financing problems;
• Enlargement of the potentialities of the realizing ideas.

For the investors

• Information on interesting technological projects;
• Examination of the projects;
• Rising of the speed of the turnover of the investment;
• Decrease of the investment risk.

For all members of the Association

• Conciliation of the business and intellectual contacts with other members of the Association and also with other partners;
• Effective process of the actual information exchanging;
• The support system of the acceptance of the administrative decisions;
• The conception of resources for the solution of the common problems;
• Training and retraining of the personnel;
• The status and image of the reliable business partner.
  

For more effective work with technological innovations in the Association a project approach was accepted, which lies on the basis of the active structure.

The higher leading organ of the Association is the General meeting of its members, which is assembled more than once in the year. In the period between the General meetings the the Committee of Directors under the control of the President of Association carries out the work of Association.

Members of the Association can be a manufacturing plant, constructing and scientific organization, and also support factories, which had passed the registration.
